This beautiful collection of cases features the image of the 1863 Jane A. Stickle Sampler from the Collection of The Bennington Museum. The quilt has a worldwide following of devotees, known as "Janiacs," many of whom have made replicas or personal interpretations of the quilt. It is so well-admired in part because it contains an impressive 225 different patterns and 5,602 individual pieces! It is thought that Jane Stickle made her quilt purposefully complex in order to keep herself occupied while her family members were away fighting in the Civil War.
When you buy one of these cases, a royalty is paid to the Bennington Museum in support of its operations, including the care and maintenance of the Jane A. Stickle Sampler. Pick a quilt design below and then visit the Products Page to order any case in that design.
