You may be aware that I sell most of my cases online, using several manufacturers to produce the products and send them directly to customers. That part won't change.
In addition to online sales, I decided to maintain a small inventory to sell directly at quilt festivals and to local quilt shops. That sounded good in theory but it hasn't turned out to be the best solution for me. Not only do the inventory and related display gear take up a large part of my creative studio, they also tie up funds that could be used elsewhere.
